My research activity is mainly devoted to:
1) Neuroimaging: MRI and DWI analysis, processing and enhancement, segmentation, registration and development of quantitative measurements for computer aided diagnosis;
2) Complex networks: modeling, omic-data analysis, imaging genetics, social-economic applications.
During my PhD and the following years as a post-doc I have been involved in two Italian collaborations focused on the study of neurodegenerative diseases, specifically Alzheimer’s disease.
