Custerian Is Formed.
Having worked for one of the UKs largest privately owned companies for 6 years, it was time to move on. I began talking to a number of Ftse top 200 companies about joining the board to create and implement a Customer Experience strategy.
In doing so a thought solidified in my mind:
Everyone is talking about Customer Experience Transformation, but they are doing it as an add on to, not as part of, business as usual
