Nicolas Stanco the owner of La Cook-a Rack-a, originally planned to spend his life as an electrician. His passion for problem solving grew from his mom鈥檚 crossword and logic problem magazines which were a large part of his childhood. Inspired by the history of his Italian roots and the inventiveness of the Italian people, he turned his skills towards solving problems when he saw the need.
