Nicolas Loozen is a consultant active in the fields of e-Government and Project Management. He has been heavily involved in projects for the European Commission dealing with e-Procurement and Grant Management systems, IT systems interoperability and Open Data.
With certifications in Enterprise Architecture (TOGAF), Project Management (Prince 2) and Service Management (ITIL), Nicolas also gives advice on project quality and he has performed IT audits with focus on computer operations, change management and access management in a wide variety of environments, including SAP, AS/400 and mainframe.
