"Fort Worth Transgender" is a Educational and Outreach program for Tarrant County, that provides Presentations on Gender Education, Outreach and Support. Through this program, we hope to offer or resolve issues with both Day and Night Shelter Services as well as Food Pantries and other resources to the Gender Variant Community. We hope to achieve Federal Grants or enough Donations to even provide Transitional Housing to help Gender Variant People get back on there ...
