With 7 years working across corporate agribusiness, Nigel, along with Mick Hay recognised the need for a specialist recruiter and HR consultancy to answer the unique needs of both agribusiness companies and candidates. After working in Agribusiness roles in Australia, Canada, USA and the UK, Nigel along with Mick Hay established Rimfire Resources in 2001. Rimfire Resources now has offices in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Hamilton in New Zealand.
