I first came across Agile while I was working in the Czech Republic, it seemed the easy decision to send the native English speaker on the Agile course as it was in English. Well I can say that the 2 week course changed my life.
That was in 2004 and I haven't looked back, my belief that Agile works and when done properly can transform teams and organisations hasn't changed.
