I am an experienced program director and business architect, specialist in formulating and directing corporate transformation programs. I have directed four major transformation programs in banks in Greece, Bulgaria, FYROM and Serbia, incorporating the implementation of the GLOBUS, T24, and PROFITS core banking systems in parallel with massive redesign of all core banking processes. I have participated in the management of a major transformation programme in an electrical utility in Romania, and helped ICT suppliers, leaders in their regional markets, develop and implement new operating models.
