Assisting Portfolio Director 鈥� Projects on Project Performance Analysis and Review Mechanism.
- Project Planning, Monitoring & Control Analysis (EVM, S-Curve ).
- Standardizing Project Control Management Processes.
- Prepare various strategies for all planning activities for projects
- Coordination between Corporate office and multiple project site offices, Client, PMC, & Sub
contractor
- Site Visits and co-ordinate with other departments for data inputs and budget forecasting
process.
