• Quality check for pipe materials, pipe fit-ups, set-ups & cut-outs for large bore pipes. Quality check for welded joints & supports with required N.D.T. methods as per Q.A.P.
• Taking actions for faulty fit-ups & taking down repair works for fit-ups & welded joints.
• Final mechanical clearance as per iso-draft.
• Documentation & maintaining reports as per fit-ups, weld visuals, P.W.H.T., N.D.T. clearance, line history sheet & final release for hydro-test.
• Presently designated as Q.C. Engineer at KRIBHCO – SURAT for shutdown and maintenance project at UREA units caring 80,000 inch dia.
• Also carried De-Hydro Treater Project at H.P.C.L. – CHEMBUR, MUMBAI.
