• Responsible for all the operational duties of the HR Department.
• Liaise with the Senior Management and monitor the time frames set down in the schedule for the staff recruitment process
• Collaborate with SMG to undertake an annual review of policies and procedures related to recruitment
• Submit advertisements in TES and other media / school website as directed by SMG
• Download, collate and distribute applications as they are received on a daily basis, and arrange automatic response to applicants
• Send personnel forms to candidates that records family details / benefits from current employer etc
