In the beginning of my career life, I worked at the Iraqi Communication and Media Commission (CMC) which is the Iraqi national communication regulatory, as Frequency Spectrum Management Engineer. I got a lot of experiences in the field of International Telecommunication Union (ITU) regulations and in the practical field of mobile communications and the cellular systems (GSM, CDMA2000, UMTS, WiMAX, and LTE). In the beginning of 2012 I represented my country in the World Radio-communication Conference WRC12 organized by ITU in Geneva which I was responsible of the satellite communications sector.
