Requirements For A/V SOUND: Lavaliere microphone wireless or with a long (at least 50 foot) cord. It is preferred that this is not the same microphone that the introducer will be using. STAGING: A riser/stageapproximately 8 inch x 12 inch or larger as close to the audience as possible. A lectern is not needed. If a lectern is being used for other presentations, please position it at least four feet from the front edge of the stage. Ntozelizwe will work in front of the lectern. Lighting is important. Please make sure Ntozelizwe has a well lit performance area. Most meeting rooms (and their existing lighting) are fine, but when Ntozelizwe does after-dinner programs the lights must be full and bright. Meeting Fee Schedules Some of our potential clients request fees before we have an opportunity to discuss their program, meeting or project. While we would like to have a discussion prior to quoting the fee, you may request Ntozelizwes typical fee schedule that may serve as a guideline. To get a firm quote, you must contact our office and discuss your specific program, meeting or project needs. *Keynote length (up to 90 minutes) *Half-day or * Full-day * 2 Days * 3 Days * A week * 10 Week Program These fees are for the South African Market, SADEC, Africa, Asia, European & US Regions. Travel expenses are in addition to the above fees and include Y Class air, hotel, ground transportation, meals, parking, etc. Please call for fee quotes for Johannesburg, Secunda, Cape Town, Port Elizabeth, Durban and any international bookings.
