I am a 3rd year student passionate about childrens rights. I am an alumni of an amazing movement that was launched by the Department of Basic Education when I was in grade 9 called the Girls and Boys Educational Movement which seeked to promote equal opportunities for girls and boys in schools. My involvement in this great movement has later allowed me to work with UNICEF as a facilitator of a Sports 4 Development programme and have launched a society within the University of Johannesburg(UNICEF UJ) which since its establishment has worked with the Frida Hartley home,One Day leader and Basani Primary School. I am all about children and everywhere they are involved im there.
