Healthcare service design
Investigating UK healthcare service design processes and the knowledge management, systems/ service design approach and use of visualisation within these processes.
With the aim of providing guidance for the use of visual tools and methods to promote a systems approach to participatory healthcare service design.
Currently collaborating with Healthwatch Leicestershire and seeking further collaboration and participation from healthcare service design stakeholders.
