• 2G and 3G KPI Monitoring Using Ericsson System Performance Analyzer (ESPA). • Determining worst performing cells and sites. • Monitoring operations of all backbone links and network nodes. • Mobile Packet Backbone Network Monitoring, Using PRTG Network Monitor, Escalation and Resolution. • Core Network KPI Management including SGSN, GGSN, MGW and other relevant nodes. • Daily Core Utilization, Processor load and Location Update Monitoring and Reporting. • Alarms Query and Escalation. • Providing quality support for network users. • 24 hours a day, 7 days a week supervised operation by network and system engineers. • Opening tickets to track and document resolution o...
