Originally Russian, growing up in Western Ukraine, Olga was selected for one of the few German government sponsored scholarships back in 1996. After graduating from Ludwig-Maximillian-University Olga joined the Boston Consulting Group in Munich. During 5 years at BCG Olga worked for the most part on board level strategy projects for financial institutions such as Deutsche Bank, UniCredit, etc. After her banking expedition with Barclays Capital and UBS, Olga discovered exciting world of Fintech companies and acted as an advisor for several promising startups. In 2015 passionate about Bitcoin innovation, Olga joined XAPO, a leading Silicon Valley startup.
