Cloud Project Director at eNovance (a Red Hat company) to design, build, deploy and manage cloud solutions mainly based on OpenStack solutions :
- Build public cloud infrastructure,
- Help our customer to manage public cloud solutions WW,
- Build private cloud solutions in customers' production environment.
Methodology:
- Define customers' use cases, roadmap and milestones based on workshop or specific consulting days,
- Run project on 2 weeks sprint period with a mix team (eNovance and customers' experts) where we
- Define and maintain project's backlog based on use cases (grooming and planning)
- Explain and share current steps within daily meeting (10 min)
