Kadwa, District Katihar, Bihar-855114 and R/O RZF-893, Netaji Subhash Marg, Raj Nagar Part-2, Palam Colony, New Delhi-110077 and Petitioner- in-Person in the Anti-Prostitution matter in Writ Petition (Criminal) No. 242/2021, Interlocutory Application No. 66686/2022 in Writ Petition (Criminal) No. 137/2021 and Writ Petition (Criminal) Diary No. 18546/2022 before Supreme Court of India.

That in response to the telephonic discussion Petitioner In Person had with Shri Deepak Punwani, Assistant Registrar Section X over his official telephone no. 011-23115765 at 15:04pm dated 22.11.2022, please find below the following grievances for redressal and necessary action please. 3. That Petitioner has e-filed 10 legal documents on 7.6.2022 and 84 Additional legal documents till 22.11.2022 in Provisional Application no. 12939-2022 and Writ Petition (Criminal) Diary No. 18546/2022 before Supreme Court of India which has not been taken into record of office report dated 24.09.2022 and has not been entered into Writ Petition (Criminal) Diary No. 18546/2022 at the website in the public domain. Hence, crucial records have been suppressed deliberately with ulterior motive. (enclosed Copy of e-filed documents downloaded from website) 4. That thereafter Petitioner has physically filed 9 legal documents with effect from 14.06.2022 to till 17.10.2022 in Writ Petition (Criminal) Diary No. 18546/2022 before Supreme Court of India to revive the e-filed petition Provisional Application no. 12939-2022. 5. That all legal documents either filed physically or filed

That all Annexures, letters, miscellaneous documents, I.A. for written arguments are supportive of Gang Rape report filed from ground zero level either from Bihar or from Delhi. 7. That e-filed important legal documents like Interlocutory Applications for additional grounds dated 20.09.2022 and recall /cancellation of Non Bailable Warrant dated 09.10.2022 has not been entered into Physical filing case record of Writ Petition Criminal Diary No. 18546/2022 at the website of Supreme Court of India to present the wrong fact before the Chamber Judge on 25.11.2022 for office order/direction. 8. That petitioner is putting up at the Shelter Home, DUSIB Code no.214 near Anand Vihar ISBT Delhi since 21.09.2022 in miserable condition and restless to go back home, therefore pursuing his matter with registry staff to list the matter W.P. Criminal Diary No. 18546/2022 before Chamber Judge for office order urgently. 9.
