Job Responsibilities
1. In collaboration with the Senior Manager in implementing HR policies and procedures, Compensation and Benefits Structure, IR Policies for OFS Malaysia Operations.
2. Involved in the preparation and distribution of written and verbal information to inform employees of benefits, compensation, and or any other policies.
3. Participate, drive and make recommendation about salary and benefits surveys and other benchmark studies; provide analysis on salary and benefits trend.
4. Managing employee personal files and personal records, payroll advice, SOCSO claims, employee welfare issues and other related matters.
