I am an experienced trainer, mentor and business manager with more than 25 years track record both at home and internationally in team development, operational achievement & change management. For 10 years I worked for the largest training provider in the UK, VT Training (now Babcock International), managing a team of 90 trainers in the hospitality, leisure, healthcare and customer service sectors, achieving annual budgetary income of £6million.
