- Diagnose and resolve a wide range of technical issues over the phone.
- First line investigation and diagnosis for technical issues not limited to internet connectivity (ADSL and Fiber Optics), email clients, mobile devices, Mobile Broadband, IPTV and VOIP.
- Detect events pertaining to internet (ADSL and fiber), VOIP (MIO Voice) and IPTV (MIO TV), make sense of the events and determine the appropriate control action.
- Manage incidents, requests, standard changes from customers: log all incidents, requests and standard changes, provide solutions where I can and make necessary escalations to senior managers and/or team leaders using a CRM.
