Philipo Fahamuel Mrutu, the holder of Bachelor degree of Science in Agricultural Economics and Agribusiness (SUA) , Founder and the Chief Executive Officer of Tanzania Institutional Economics Development Foundation (TIEDF). He has provided strong leadership in shaping and transforming youth led associations and ambitions. International experience in conferences brought a significant value in fostering TIEDF and beyond. While studying at Sokoine University of Agriculture, he went for field practical trainings specifically at Tropical Pesticides Research Institute (Arusha, 2015) and Kilombero Sugar Company Limited (Illovo, 2017).
