I worked for 35 years in CMPDIL ( COAl INDIA),the prime consultancy &Mine Planning organisation for coal. I headed Exploration Division with a multi-disciplinary team of about 1000 technical personnel. I had implemented coal exploration projects both in India and abroad. After retiring as Chief General Manager ,I joined ESSAR MINERALS, where I headed the deptt. and carried out many projects in Indonesia,Zimbabwe,Mozambique et. I love to build up team and train young professionals.
