I am a creative, literate, hard-working, empathetic, pragmatic and open minded woman with extensive background in drama education and human services. I have been a teacher for 23 years, including primary, middle class, high school and adult populations in Theatre, English, Literacy, Psychology, Social Studies, Speech & Debate, and for one unforgettable year, Elementary Music. I have worked with marginalized and/or special needs youth for over 30 years in various contexts: the rehearsal hall, classroom, arts projects, group homes, recreation programs, drop-in centres and counselling one-to-one.
