• More than 3 years of experience in Hospitality Industry IT Department.
• Sound knowledge of hotel operations and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Experience in queries regarding Servers, Systems, Networking Devices, Hardware, Printers, Scanners, Channel Manager ,Online Marketing (Social Network)
• Sound knowledge of software i.e. PMS, POS, Materials management, Key management, EPBAX
• Positive Attitude and a Team person.
• Responsible for diagnosing & resolving hardware, software & end users problems.
• Acting as the first point of contact for all IT & technical queries.
• Identifying & reporting on the budgetary implications of IT projects and upgrades to Higher Management / Owners.
