in total the group include 10 companies with cumulative turnover > 500 mio

WPP GROUP : Young & Rubicam Romania (known as Young &
Rubicam/Media Pro and later Team Advertising) which has been a publicity
school for 15 years, defining creativity in Romania, forming numerous
leaders of the present advertising industry and contributing to the
development of several local and international brands. At that time, the
portfolio of the company includes more than 40 brands in various domains:
financial & banking, telecommunications, media, and retail, pharmaceutical

6. Which are my greatest achievements ?
Managing the finance team, reporting processes and overall responsibility for financial
strategy for the whole 7 companies members of the Group, group cumulated over 3.500
employees.
Working closely with IT consultants to design and implement in eight months SAP and
Business Intelligence with full system interfaces, modules (FI - financial accounting; CO
Controlling; MM material management; PS project systems) is 2nd time when I have
passed through SAP implementation.
Coordination, negotiation and attracting of financing sources for whole group such as
working capital, investment loan, discounted commercial receivables (promissory notes) cash
management, treasury negotiation, leasing contracts, any other type of loan structure for the
group companies, attracting funds from international and local banks over 650 mio .
Direct Managing 80 employees and indirect several hundred employees.
Implement procedures regarding financial reporting in the group.
Implement Cost cutting measures&procedures to diminuate thefts, losses of resources
(e.g: renegotiation contracts with suppliers, permanent evaluating&monitoring
specific consumption of raw materials, fuel vs customer contracts; introduce performance
indicators in conjunction with paying salaries).
