In my current role at Staples I work extensively with Windows 7 and Windows 8/8.1 diagnosing all issues regarding OS operation from windows updates failure, network connectivity issues, OS system file corruption, blue screen error causes, and solutions for fixing various issues that may arise on our customers PC's. Daily routine is servicing 24-30 PC's performing virus removals, hardware/OS diagnostics, data transfers, and new PC setups.
