I've been responsible for the recruitment of IT & Finance profiles at SEAT, S.A. for almost 3 years (2 years 10 months) handling more than 70 processes per year & being a leading part in defining & implementing 2.0 Employer Branding & Recruitment strategy of the company.
As a Freelance professional, I've worked with several public & private companies as trainer and/or strategic consultant specialized in Personal/Employer Branding, HR Communication and 2.0 Recruitment.
I have a Proficiency level of English and Grundstufe level (A1) of German. Bilingual Native in Spanish & Catalan and basic knowledge in Italian and French.
