In 2015 I Co-Founded BE Advisory to manage a network of specialists that help businesses and organisations articulate who they want to BE, and BE what they say they are, in the eyes of their customer. The focus is on designing and managing customer experiences.
In 2014 I founded The SMB Partnership http://www.thesmbpartnership.com and in In 2012 I founded the Strategic Management Forum http://www.strategicmanagementforum.org Both organisations focus on "advancing the professional practice of strategic management", but in different ways (see detail below). One is a commercial entity, the other is a social enterprise and membership organisation.
