As a MBA Graduate Paul has an advanced understanding of human resources, operations, marketing, finance, strategy information management and organisational behaviour. He also emerges with profound understanding of business issues and skills that enable him to meet the demands of a competitive business environment. In 1991 he started his working career as a an Assistant Manager of the Kimberley Municipality Holiday Resort where he learned important skills in dealing with clients.
