FairWater's mission is realistic sustainable & affordable water supply in rural Africa, to reduce poverty. Our strategy is promote reliable handpumps (BluePumps) that can be maintained at very low cost with a yearly check-up by a regional caretaker (private sector) for US$ 50,-. per pump.
