"In 2012 Paula became head of the international petition platform Change.org in Germany. Under her leadership Change.org grew up from 60,000 to 1.5 million users in a year. In 2014 Paula took on a global role at Change.org as Director Strategy as part of the Chief of Staff team.
Previously, Paula was responsible for social media and online campaigning at WWF. She taught at the University of Marketing and Communication (IMK, Berlin) and advised Internet start-ups in the fields of brand communication and innovation management. The magazine "100" listed Paula as one of the "most important digital heads in Berlin" and Europe's biggest daily BILD coined her "winner of the day".
