I am a PhD in Mechanical Engineering, researcher, teacher, consultant, and panelist. I am an expert on thermal systems engineering, strategic sustainability, environmental management, R&D management, solar and refrigeration technologies. My most exciting work to date was the development of innovative and more sustainable products.
I take part at the UNEP RTOC (Refrigeration, Air Conditioning and Heat Pumps Technical Options Committee) since 1991, and shares the Nobel Peace Prize of 2007 as IPCC member. I am author of several articles and patents. I have been accountable for R&D and Gov't Relations for a leading appliance company during 25 years, have served as director to the industry.
