- Leading the development of Altitude uCI product components
- Defining the future Software Archicture for the Altitude uCI product
- Researching technological oportunities and evolutions
- Large software development project and team management
- Implementing a new Automated Tests department and process (using DSLs and Hybrid-Cloud technologies)
- Implementing User Experience good practices
- Writing academic papers about Altitude R&D projects
- Develpment process definition
- Integration with external international teams and projects
