Dr. Pei-Hao Li is an experienced TIMES modeller and energy model developer. He has expertise in energy system modelling, water resource management, health impact analysis, optimization, statistical learning, and computer programming.
Dr. Li has joined UCL Energy Institute from Dec, 2015 as a research associate to develop innovative modelling approaches to better represent consumer behaviours and technology diffusion in UK TIMES model and also as the gatekeeper who maintains and updates UK TIMES model.
