Since 2011, I have been working with FSO ITRA & PI Advisory to design and implement an on-going programme of knowledge activities to support revenue growth and service delivery effectiveness. Activities include:
(i) Driving awareness of the key knowledge tools and a culture of contributions within SSLs and teams
(ii) Building and coordinating a network of SSL country and solution based knowledge champions to help shape the knowledge programme for the SSL and provide sponsorship at country level
