I'm an Experience Design consultant in Denver, CO where I lead innovation, strategy, and product design projects and teams. I'm engaged by companies to help educate and encourage human-centered, and experience-first mindsets.
Organizations are finding a need to bring experience design principles and practices into their processes. I partner with leadership in developing values-based strategies to become customer-centric and experience-focused.
I also teach graduate courses at the University of Denver on design thinking, user experience (UX), and customer experience (CX).
