My work focuses on providing diagnostic, assessment and training in adaptive resilience for leaders and professionals. I work with senior civil servants, such as major project leaders, Directors of Children Services, Aspirant Directors of Public Health as well as corporate executives, physicians, psychologists and teachers. The services I provide are part of leadership development training delivered in partnership with SAID Business School, the Uk Government's Major Projects Leadership Academy, Virtual College, Health England, Deloitte People's Programme and Local Authorities (Health and Education).
