For over 20 years, I have focused on assisting organizations reduce their long-term cost of quality by attempting to improve management practices at various levels (project, risk, people, work management). As such, I have worked with the management of organizations ranging from less than a dozen to several thousand employees, including major international financial institutions and communication organisations. I have focus not just on the primary process and development issues but, more importantly, on the management practices that enable staff to perform at their most effective.
