Hi, I am Phildah Dineo Sekgala. I am a student at the University of Johannesburg, doing my Bachelor of Education in Senior and FET phase. I am majoring in Sepedi Home language and Physical Education. My passion for teaching began with my love for home languages and using physical movements to take care of my mental health and physical well-being. I am using majors to inspire young people to be proud of their culture and embrace their identity through mother tongue and encourage them to take care of their physical well-being and mental health.
