After leaving secondary school, I moved into catering and hospitality were I worked in Ireland, the UK, Australia and the US for fifteen years. By 2003, I returned to full time university education and received by BA in 2007 in Napier University while working in media monitoring. Self taught graphic designer and image processor, I returned to Ireland to continue my studies in contemporary Chinese culture, language and business in UCC School of Asian studies where I am currently working on my PhD with a focus on the development of the media industry in China and it's implication in global intellectual property law.
