P. Ciuciu received the engineering degree from ESIEA Paris and DEA degree in automatic control and signal processing from the Universit茅 Paris-Sud, Orsay, France, both in 1996. He then obtained his PhD in signal processing from the same university in 2000. After a one-year post-doctoral position in the Life Science Division of CEA, he has been hired by the same institute to develop statistical methods for fMRI data analysis. Since 2007, Dr Ciuciu has been with the NeuroSpin centre dedicated to ultra-high field MRI and applications to neurosciences.
