Colloaborate with fellow leaders to successfully facilitate large-scale improvement initiatives. Manage a team of Project Managers to ensure successful execution of all projects, large and small. Assist with strategic planning processes, with a focus on integration of LEAN and PMO processes. Champion continuous improvement with a strong focus on the ways of Kaizen.
