Phylicia Porter is an public health advocate for health equity, quality education, and a "level playing field" for optimal quality of life regardless of race, creed, and gender among other social and political defining factors. Born and raised in Baltimore MD, Phylicia attended the Institute of Notre Dame on the east side of Baltimore City.
