My passion is to develop internationalization projects for B2B Industrial Companies with technical products and complex distribution channels.
My experience is in the automotive industry (car, tires, automotive service equipment, electronic tools and software), managing distribution channels that include OEM, Distributors, Resellers, Agents and Service Providers.
Besides Europe I have followed internationalization projects in Brazil, China, India, Russia and USA, utilizing different entry strategies, from direct export to developing marketing alliances, to set up joint-ventures or fully owned foreign subsidiaries.
