With a business oriented education, I aimed to work in IT industry. Found of new technologies, I started working on CRM project from 2005.
This gave me the opportunity to work along with engineers and on the business side, in multicultural environments. I rapidely understood that good communication is the key to succeed and I try to apply it with customers and consultants as well.
I wish to help companies workig on business process and tool improvement, thanks to my knowledge of both business and IT worlds.
