I am also a senior consultant to Spargle, a consultancy that recruits digital professionals and helps companies through periods of transition.
In 2007 I started Someone, an interim recruitment firm focused on online professionals. My strong focus on customer needs led to extensive growth in the first years and a healthy profit. The effort put into client relationships continues to pay off. Someone is now part of the Lectric Groep.
