Eerst een stapje terug legitimatie doelen resultaten
Doelen Bescherming van het milieu tegen de emissie van gereguleerde gevaarlijke stoffen uit bouwmaterialen. Opheffing van eventuele handelsbelemmeringen tussen de 27 EU-lidstaten.
Did CEN/TC 351 help here? Nee, CEN/TC351 levert alleen geharmoniseerde bepalingsmethoden, geen beschermingsniveau. Bij nadere inspectie zijn er geen prangende handelsbelemmeringen aangetoond.
Is er wel een legitimatie? EU De CPD/CPR vraagt om nadere invulling voor de milieuparagraaf: Essential Requirement no.3. NL heeft veel te verliezen, m.n. het (BSB) BBk. Pag 5

Facit? - een lange weg - vaak ver van mijn bed - een doelmatige inzet van middelen - een effici谷nte benadering - tastbare resultaten bereikt en alles ondanks .. nog niet klaar!
