Responsibilities handled in the Team
• To key in the applications taking case ownership of the policy and adding all the covers whichever applicable.
• To process New Business applications and ensuring policy documents are issued to the client and financial advisor on time.
• To perform checks on scanned new business application are processed correctly.
• Informing the Financial Advisor once the policy is processed and giving them an estimated turn around time.
• Detecting missing information and chasing clients or financial advisor to provide with the required information and documents.
• Chasing different transferring schemes for the transfer updates. (e.g.: Standard Life, AXA, Prudent...
